Why The Inner Work Matters

I am not the same person today that I was 4 years ago when I started my journey. I was a mom of 3 and deep in the trenches of anxiety, bottling up and sweeping trauma under the rug, a people pleaser, and so scared to share my voice and my story.

But I made the choice to trust myself. To share my story. I began to heal as I opened up and talked about my own childhood trauma, about my experiences with an absent father, about anxiety, about motherhood. And as I shared I realized how healing my story and my courage was for others.

What got me to where I am today – a confident, able to cope with my anxiety, and 5 figure business earner – was doing the inner work.

I chose every day to think I was capable. To think I was worthy. To trust myself to have my own back even when I was afraid.

I chose to raise my beliefs. To believe in something bigger and to go after it.

I intentionally worked to rewire my thinking, my perspective, my patterns, until it became second nature to think more confidently, to feel good, to choose the best case scenario, to cope without needing anxiety meds (something I’m still incredibly proud of).

I find the inner work to be valuable. I find it to be illuminative, it can tell you so much about yourself. It’s necessary for self discovery, for self improvement, and it truly gives us a window into our own soul.

I created a 30 day guide for the person that wants intentional journal & thought prompts to do this inner work themself. We cover topics like fear, rejection, labels, thoughts and beliefs, money mindset, meeting your needs, and more.

This can be your starting point to being more intentional and creating a better tomorrow for yourself, while also getting to know yourself more intimately.
