My Story: where it all started
I spent a large portion of my life staying quiet to stay safe. I experienced childhood trauma that filtered into aspects of my teens and adult life. I put everyone else before myself always, was passive to keep the peace, and feared conflict or rejection above all else. I experienced anxiety for years as a result. But when I became a mother – everything changed.
A line in the sand
I knew that I wanted different for my own children. And after experiencing PPD with my third child my anxiety was out of control to the point I wouldn’t leave the house. I knew that it was time to draw a line in the sand. And so in 2020 I faced my past, became certified in coaching, and learned how to work with my mind.
Since 2020…
I’ve coached dozens of women on overcoming people pleasing tendencies, raising their standards, honoring their values, and watched their online businesses thrive.
I’ve made 5 figures in my own business.
I’ve successfully run memberships, masterminds, private coaching, a podcast, and published a novel.
